(The O'odham pronunciation of \"Pisin Mo'o\" is approximately [pisin\u0259 mo\u0294o], which is relatively close to the Anglicized spelling.)\nAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.4\u00a0km), all of it land.\nAs of the census of 2000, there were 237 people, 70 households, and 48 families residing in the CDP.
