The population density was 684.5 people per square mile (264.6\/km\u00b2). There were 1,436 housing units at an average density of 316.7 per square mile (122.4\/km\u00b2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.49% White, 0.26% African American, 0.81% Native American, 0.35% Asian, 0.23% from other races, and 0.87% from two or more races.
