The population density was 938.7\/km\u00b2 (2,430.1\/mi\u00b2). There were 1,975 housing units at an average density of 518.7\/km\u00b2 (1,342.9\/mi\u00b2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.89% White, 1.79% African American, 0.20% Native American, 0.98% Asian, 0.14% Pacific Islander, 0.48% from other races, and 0.53% from two or more races.
