The town also includes the villages of Kidderville, Upper Kidderville and Factory Village.\nColebrook is part of the Berlin, NH\u2013VT Micropolitan Statistical Area.\nFirst granted in 1762 by New Hampshire's Colonial Governor, Benning Wentworth, the territory was named Dryden, after English poet and playwright, John Dryden.
