{"id":11362,"count":1,"description":"Dameron is a traditional French variety of red wine grape that is a sibling of Gamay. Its wines are somewhat weightier than Gamay, but it is disappearing from its traditional areas in northern France. Not much is grown in France these days.\nDNA fingerprinting has shown that it is one of many grapes to be the result of a cross between Gouais Blanc (Heunisch) and Pinot, making it a full sibling of famous varieties such as Chardonnay and Aligot\u00e9. Gouais Blanc was widely grown by the French peasantry in the Medieval ages. This offered lots of opportunities for hybridisation, and the offspring benefited from hybrid vigour as the parents were genetically quite different.\nA little is still grown north of Dijon and in the Jura.\nYields are sporadic thanks to its disease susceptibility.\nDameret Noir, Durbec, Foirard Noir, Gros Bec, Luisant Noir, Noir De Lorraine, Noir Facan, Noirgot, Pinot Rouge, Simoro, Valais Noir, Valdenois, Verdun, Verdunais, Vert Noir ","link":"https:\/\/www.skateboarding-lessons.com\/go\/tag\/dameron\/","name":"Dameron","slug":"dameron","taxonomy":"post_tag","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.skateboarding-lessons.com\/go\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags\/11362","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.skateboarding-lessons.com\/go\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.skateboarding-lessons.com\/go\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomies\/post_tag"}],"wp:post_type":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.skateboarding-lessons.com\/go\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts?tags=11362"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
