A 2002 report by American Sports Data found  there are 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled  had used a board in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have doubled since then. In the ensuing years the  locations of skate parks  tripled making skateboarding more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are becoming a reality.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe biggest change has been the  generation  that skateboarded in their youth and have grown up with the \u201cX\u201d Games explosion into the worldwide mainstream of competitive sports and  sees it as a natural participation activity for their children as led by X-Games Athletes who are affiliated and instruct for our brand and web site.<\/p>\n<p>Are you having trouble learning how to skateboard?
