    Who We Teach in Sussex<\/h2>\n

    All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. Skateboarding isn’t just for kids One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

    Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.<\/p>\n

    Our pricing for private skateboard lessons is meant to be affordable. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. The price of a single session can be as low as $46 if you purchase one of the larger packages.
