    About Skateboarding<\/h2>\n

    Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970’s, the first skatepark was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.<\/p>\n

    Our pricing for private skateboard lessons is meant to be affordable. The private lessons are about the same price as a class so most of our students end up doing 1 on 1. The price of a single session can be as low as $46 if you purchase one of the larger packages.
