    Who We Teach in Grand Ledge <\/h2>\n

    We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

    Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first skate park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.<\/p>\n
