    The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.<\/p>\n
