Skateboarding 101 Course Curriculum
Our Students in Walnut Creek
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

About Skateboarding
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skate park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
