About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
