As one of the few accredited skateboard schools in the country, we have a taught thousands. Our school has taught over 12,000 students which is more than any other school. Our school will get any beginner to be confident with all of the basics of transportation by the end of the lessons.
Curriculum
Who?
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
