The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. All levels will get something from our instruction. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
