About
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first skate park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
