About
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. Many years later, the first skate park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Thousands skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
