The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first skate park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

We have students of all ages and levels. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder.
