Skateboarding 101 Course Curriculum
Who?
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. Our customized instruction will benefit all levels. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. Not until the 1970's, the first skatepark was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, , who have brought it to the main stream.
