The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970's, the first skatepark was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next few years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our Students

We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late.
