The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. The first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Who We Teach in Rainbow City
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. All levels will get something from our instruction. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
