About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first skate park was made in California. Next the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
