We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The World's first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, , who have brought it to the main stream.
