About Skateboarding
The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skate park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard boom was about to begin. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. It has given us their highest level of rating. There are more skateboard lessons taught through our organization than any other school. Our school will get any beginner to be confident with all of the basics of transportation by the end of the lessons.
What You Will Learn
Our Students
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
