The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Many years later, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

We have students of all ages and levels. All levels will get something from our instruction. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
