About Skateboarding

Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
