Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. The World's first skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age.
