What You Will Learn
Who We Teach in Black Mountain
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. The first skatepark was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
