Skateboarding 101 Curriculum
Our Students in Baldwinsville
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first skatepark was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
