Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. Many years later, the first skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
