The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. The World's first skatepark was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

We have students of all ages and levels. Beginners, intermediates, and advanced will all improve in our lessons It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age.
